Policies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life sometimes changes quickly so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us at least 24 hours (48hrs for longer appointments such as colours or lightening services). Guests cancelling appointments with less than 24(48) hour notice may be charged a late cancellation fee, which is 50% of the appointment. If you do not show for your appointment you will be charged a no show fee, which is 100% of your service.
We understand that sometimes things happen and we ask if you are running late please call the salon. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service if their is not enough time at the full cost of the service. Guests that have longer scheduled appointment times may be asked to leave a credit card on file which would only be used if you do not cancel before 48 hours as per our policy.
Sometimes our staff has an emergency or are not feeling well and can not come to work. We will call to notify you as soon as possible. We will do our very best to reschedule your appointment with the original stylist or offer you another salon team member.
Open Chair Policy
It may happen that you can't get into your preferred stylist or you want to try someone else. Maybe your stylists pricing outgrew your budget or you just want a change. We have an amazing team of highly trained stylists with different specialties, experience, demand on time, schedules and pricing so that you can feel confident and comfortable in anyone's chair!
Service Adjustment Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you have any concerns about your service, please let us know within 7 days, and we'll do our best to make it right.
While we do not offer refunds on services, we encourage you to allow your original stylist the opportunity to adjust your hair to better meet your expectations at no cost. However, with chemical services depending on your desired outcome and your initial consultation, there may be an additional charge to you. (example: you choose services based on budget but the desired result wasn't achievable with that process)
If you’ve simply changed your mind about the look you requested, we’re happy to create a new style for you at the full cost of the new service.

Protocols
Manestreet Hair's main priority is the health and safety of all its team members and guests that spend time in our salon space.
To continue minimizing the risk of illness in the salon and to ensure that employees and guests are comfortable we will continue with diligent cleaning and disinfecting in the salon.
